About Hamad Salah Al-Kandari

Hamad Salah Al-Kandari graduated from the Police Science Academy in Sharjah and worked as an officer in the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior. He served in public security and then in the General Department of Criminal Investigations, reaching the rank of Major. Transitioning to entrepreneurship, he founded several companies in Kuwait and the UAE, including advertising and marketing firms, restaurants, a chain of specialty coffee shops, luxury car sales and rentals, and commercial brokerage companies.
In the field of real estate investment, Al-Kandari worked as a sales manager at leading investment firms. Additionally, he is a partner in companies supplying medical and pharmaceutical equipment. His passion for real estate, construction, and interior design began as a hobby, which he later pursued academically. Encouraged by the UAE leadership’s support for Emirati and Gulf entrepreneurs in this field, he obtained the National Real Estate Broker License and began his professional journey in real estate.
